Complex problems will often require solutions that meet practical needs, navigate competing agendas and align to strategic priorities. However, getting to smart solutions can be easily derailed when conversations drift-off on tangents, explore the back-story of an event or move into blame.
In this workshop we use two tools to keep conversations on task and solution focused. We’ll design solutions that take in key perameters and a best for business approach.
