Be it a sudden change in strategic direction, or responding to a crisis event, this is a coaching programme designed to help you respond effectively as a leader.
In the initial session we will cover three critical bases:
- ADAPT: Clarify your new operating environment, giving you a full understanding of what you are needing to adapt to.
- ADOPT: Identify key strategies you’ll need to adoption in order to navigate forward and meet your most critical needs.
- ASPIRE: Re-map what success looks like through the short-to-medium terms, reflecting new priorities and establsing new goals.
This intial session can be held 1-2-1, or as a team coaching session. Ongoing coaching is then scheduled to maintain focus, capitalise on learnings and increase momentum.
